"I have to give 5 stars and 2 Thumps up to Jessica Hodges from David Ballard's office. My claim was slow moving, which has never been my experience with State Farm. Needless to say i was frustrated and called the office. My assigned Account Rep was not in, so I spoke with Jessica. This Rep reviewed notes on our account, made phone calls to the appropriate people and got my claim rolling, when i say rolling it was handled very quickly and professionally. I am a happy customer now. Thank you Jessica!! I hope I get to have your help if i should need it again!"
